Dr. Mirkhah was born and raised in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University and furthered her education by receiving her Master's in Molecular and Cellular Biology at Tulane University. From there, she attended the New York University College of Dentistry, graduating in the top five percent of her class. Dr. Mirkhah has always wanted to give back to the community, especially to the underserved population and our veterans, having a family of her own that has served. She completed her one-year general practice residency at the Veteran Administration Hospital in New Jersey.
Having the opportunity to experience living in different states and cultures, Dr. Mirkhah and her family decided to return to their roots in Arizona. Dr. Mirkhah met her husband in college and they have been married for 15 years. Together, they have two daughters both attending the same elementary school. The oldest daughter is heavily involved with soccer, loves Flamingos and her chubby dog, Lily. The youngest is involved in theatre, loves unicorns, and her dogs, Max and Bert. In their downtime, they love spending time with their grandparents.
When Dr. Mirkhah is not working, she values her freedom with the family. As a family, they enjoy traveling, belting out Disney and 80's tunes, and throwing dance parties.
